NetCall is an internet telephony service designed for both businesses and individuals, allowing calls to be made from personally owned mobile phone numbers via internet connectivity.

Features of NetCall include:
<ul>
<li>Utilization of the NETCALL Smartphone App to reduce calling charges.</li>
<li>Competitive rates: fixed-line calls at 2.5 yen per minute, mobile calls at 10 yen per minute.</li>
<li>International calling rates: China at 2.6 yen per minute, United States at 2 yen per minute.</li>
<li>Note: Domestic call charges are subject to applicable consumption tax.</li>
<li>Immediate deployment post-contract without additional setup costs.</li>
<li>Requires only a smartphone and access to data networks (3G, 4G, Wi-Fi).</li>
<li>No extra fees; users only pay for calls—initial setup and monthly fees are waived.

Practical applications include:
<ul>
<li>Quick activation by installing the NetCall app and entering card information.</li>
<li>Convenient calling directly from the smartphone’s contact list.</li>
<li>Ability to authenticate your mobile number and notify contacts of your caller ID.</li>
<li>Sustained call quality even when data networks are unstable or unavailable.</li>
<li>Switching off Internet Call enables traditional phone calls at a slightly higher rate of 10 yen per minute.</li>
</ul>

Usage instructions:
<ol>
<li>Download the Net Call app from the App Store.</li>
<li>Launch the app and navigate to "Settings" located at the bottom of the screen.</li>
<li>Enter your "Serial No" and "ID No," then tap "Register" to complete setup.</li>
<li>The "Caller ID Registration" option appears beneath; select it and input your phone number to inform contacts of your caller ID.</li>
</ol>
